这道沙拉从备料到可以开吃只需要15分钟,材料包括羽衣甘蓝菜、西葫芦、蓝纹芝士碎还有腰果。酱汁则由橄榄油、柠檬汁、蜂蜜、盐和黑胡椒调和而成。将煎软的西葫芦片与其他食材混合,再拌上酱汁即可。 (蓝纹芝士口味比较重,不一定人人都可以接收的哦!)

    Step 1

    使用蔬菜削皮器将西葫芦刨成细丝。Use a vegetable peeler to shave the zucchini into thin ribbons.

    将西葫芦丝放在烤架上烤到稍微焦,大约一分钟,中间不需要翻面。烤好后放一旁备用。Place the zucchini ribbons on a grill and cook for about a minute, without flipping, until they have a slight char. Remove from the grill and set aside.

    在一个小碗里,将橄榄油、柠檬汁、蜂蜜、盐和胡椒粉混合均匀。In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, and black pepper.

    取一大碗,把羽衣甘蓝、西葫芦丝和调料搅拌后,置放在盘子上,放上腰果和蓝纹芝士碎作装饰。In a large bowl, toss the chopped kale, grilled zucchini ribbons, and the dressing until well combined. Place the mixture on a serving plate and top with toasted walnuts and crumbled blue cheese for garnish.
